Nicholas is currently the Chief of Staff for Beyond Capital Fund, an impact investment fund that provides capital in the critical early stages of social businesses in India and East Africa. He has also served as a consultant and general manager for various leading e-commerce websites, and as a officer in the United States Army. Nicholas is a graduate of Columbia Business School, Columbia University's School of International & Public Affairs and Johns Hopkins University.
