Mary has extensive experience developing and executing business, program, technology and organizational strategies for growing corporations, non-profits, and NGOs. She brings management and leadership experience from a variety of contexts, including: private and social sectors; domestic and international projects; small, medium and enterprise-size organizations; and local, internationally distributed and culturally diverse team management. Prior to joining the iImpact Consulting Network, Mary worked for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, where she developed relationship management priorities, solutions and implementation strategy for The Giving Pledge, as well as the Global Policy and Advocacy, Global Health and Global Development Divisions. For T-Mobile USA, Mary oversaw the implementation of a portfolio of projects with budgets ranging from $3M - $16M and teams consisting of up to 100 people from 10 different areas of expertise. She was responsible for leading business case development, research and analysis efforts, solution identification and outcome measurement. Mary also has experience in Africa, Latin America and Asia, where her work focused on building the strength of small and medium sized businesses, NGOs and non-profits. In Africa, she consulted with the West Africa Trade Hub, a USAID project in Ghana, creating capacity building tools targeted to female‐owned microenterprises, and the Rwandan Development Board, researching regional market demand and business growth opportunities for Rwandan medium‐sized agribusinesses. Mary specializes in strategy, planning and analysis across business and technology. She has a BS in Marketing from Santa Clara University and an MBA in International Business from George Washington University.
